FTS will be expanding its team in Q3 of 2015. We are seeking to bring the following skills sets into the business.

Head of control systems

This will be a key role in the business with the objective of setting and delivering a strategy to develop software to optimise the operation and value of our energy storage hardware. The role will involve the integration of several existing systems, the identification of applicable innovation and the ongoing development of control systems and interfaces for a range of users.

This role could be based in either our Newcastle upon Tyne or Norfolk office.

Networks specialist

We are seeking an electrical engineer with excellent analysis and modelling expertise in relation to site and distribution level networks and renewable energy systems. This role will be very diverse with the successful individual contributing to our R&D activities as well as undertaking site visits and feasibility studies as part of our sales process.

This role could be based in either our Newcastle upon Tyne or Norfolk office.

Applicants must be prepared to spend time travelling and the occasional night away visiting either customer sites or our other office.
